WE ARE PROFESSIONAL CHECK VALVE MANUFACTURER!

How to select a good Check Valve

To help our engineers recommend the best check valve for your application, please provide the following details about your system and requirements:

1. Equipment: What type of equipment or system will the check valve be installed in? (e.g., medical device, home appliance, garden tools&general power, water purification, sanitary,)

2. Medium: What fluid or gas will pass through the check valve? (e.g., water, oil, air, corrosive chemicals, etc.)

3. Pressure:

① Cracking Pressure: The minimum pressure required to open the valve.

② Normal Working Pressure: The typical operating pressure of your system.

③ Maximum Working Pressure: The highest pressure the valve may encounter.

④ Reverse Pressure Resistance: The maximum/minimum pressure the valve must withstand in the reverse direction to prevent backflow.

4. Temperature & Humidity: What are the operating temperature range and humidity conditions ?

5. Flow Rate: What is the required flow rate (e.g., in liters per minute or cubic meters per hour) ?

6. Usage Frequency: How often will the valve cycle (open/close) during operation? (e.g., continuous, intermittent, or occasional use)

7. Service Life: What is the expected lifespan or number of cycles the valve should endure?

By providing these details, our engineers can evaluate your needs and recommend a check valve that ensures optimal performance, safety, and durability for your specific application.
