For consumers, explaining clearly their working conditions is the key to choosing the right product. Typically, we check the following 7 questions with our customers：
1.Which equipment does the valve used in?
2.What is the contact medium? Such as water, air, gasoline, etc?
3.What is opening pressure, normal working pressure, maximum working pressure?
4.What’s the flow rate per second?
5. What is the valve size requirements, such as inner diameter, outer diameter?
6.What is the temperature and humidity range of operating environment?
7.What’s your specified material requirement, such as industrial grade, food grade or medical grade？

Customer: we are looking for duckbill valves that have the lowest possible opening pressure (<0.18 kPa). so you have a duckbill like this?
JT seiko: We asked customer the above seven questions.
Customer:
1. It’s used in a water irrigation system.
2.Water and air.
3.Opening pressure: 0.18 kPa, Back pressure: 50 kpa
4. Small flow rate. 25-100 mL/minute
5. No size requirement. We can design the enclosure to accommodate any size valve.
6. Normally the ambient temperature.
7. EPDM or silicone, but others are acceptable too. No food or medical grade requirement.
According to customer usage condition, In the end, We suggest the JT1215-7.
This is a normally open duckbill valve that meets customer needs. As long as you tell your working condition, there is always a suitable one for you.
