PVC is one of the most widely used plastic materials. PVC materials have non flammability, high strength, weather resistance and excellent geometric stability. PVC has strong resistance to oxidant, reductant and strong acid, so its application range is limited. Hard PVC does not contain softener, so it has good flexibility, easy molding, excellent resistance and electrical insulation.
The Vicat softening temperature of PVC is 85 ℃, and the shrinkage of PVC is low, only 0.2 ~ 0.6%.
PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Among them, hard PVC accounts for about 2 / 3 of the market and soft PVC accounts for 1 / 3. However, because soft PVC contains softener (which is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle, not easy to preserve, not easy to be brittle, non-toxic, pollution-free and long preservation time, so it has great development and application value.
